When I went to meet Emma and Matt on the morning of their wedding at Islington Town Hall on 19th December, I didn’t know it was going to be the last wedding I would photograph in 2020. I was due to capture another elopement in East London the following day, but such was the speed of lockdown changes back then! In any case, Emma and Matt’s beautiful micro-wedding was a wonderful finish to a tricky year, and we were all so grateful that it could go ahead amongst all the uncertainty…
