Lana and Manu's wedding at Old Marylebone Town Hall

Old Marylebone Town Hall wedding

An intimate London wedding

The Old Marylebone Town Hall sort of became my second home this summer. I’m not sure exactly sure how many wedding I photographed there, but I was there pretty much every week. If you are planning a registry office wedding London, Marylebone is definitely an excellent choice. The staff are super friendly, the ceremonies are always beautiful and special, plus it’s a gorgeous building in a great location for photos, as well as hotels, pubs and restaurants for your celebrations.

Lana and Manu stayed at the stunning Rosewood Hotel in Holborn, and I met them there for a few getting photos. I absolutely loved the pretty peaceful courtyard. We then jumped in a taxi to the town hall, where they were met by Manu’s brother and his wife - their only guests and witnesses in the lovely Soho Room.

Confetti is definitely worth doing, even if you only have a couple of guests. They have four hands between them, and that’s enough for a good old confetti shower and some lovely shots… plus it’s just a lot of fun.

There are some super pretty streets around the town hall and I discover new corners all the the time, so I always make sure we pop around the back for a few street shots before we head off for more photos elsewhere. In Lana and Manu’s case we went for a park setting. We went for a nice relaxed walk and enjoyed the warm summer weather before they head off for cocktails with their friends. A perfect afternoon.
