Congratulations! Out of the many things involved in planning a wedding, picking the right wedding photographer is really important. So I’m excited that you are considering me!
I’ve been a full-time wedding photographer for the last four years, so weddings are what I know, love and do best.
My style of photography is all about telling the story of your day, including all the big and little moments, laughter, fun and emotions. It’s usually around 80% documentary, where I’m capturing all that’s going on from afar.
The other 20% is where I’ll take your group photos, and we go and take those gorgeous portraits of you and your partner. During this time I'll give you a little direction but it's all very relaxed and usually fun.
To me the most important thing is that my photos are natural and authentic, and bring across what you and your day are all about. We’ll always have a chat before your wedding so you can tell me what’s most important to you.
Sounds good so far?

10x10 inch album with 30 pages: £450.
Extra pages: £10 per page.
You’ll also be able to order standard and fine art prints from a professional photo lab via your gallery (and you can of course print your own too).
Both my full day packages include an engagement session. It’s a great opportunity for us to work together before your wedding day, and for you to get used to being in front of the camera. Plus, you’ll get some beautiful photographs for your wedding website, stationery, or just to enjoy for yourselves.
If you are booking an hourly rate, and would like to add on an engagement shoot, the discounted cost is £150 for a one hour session.
I’m super excited to be offering highlight films from 2019. As with my photography, the style of my highlight films is largely documentary, and very unobtrusive (no drones, or lots and lots of tripods all over the place). It's about telling the story of your day in a simple, yet beautiful and authentic way. You can add any of the packages below to your photography package.
HIGHLIGHTS PACKAGE 1
A 5-6 minute (approx.) highlight video to music and audio from your ceremony and / or speeches capturing the key moments from your day.
A 1 minute (approx.) highlight trailer, perfect for social media.
HIGHLIGHTS PACKAGE 2
A 2-3 minute (approx.) highlight video to music capturing the key moments from your day.
Frequently Asked questions
WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE?
My style of photography is natural, warm, vibrant and creative. It's all about telling the story of your wedding day, including all the big and little moments, laughter, tears, craziness and funny little details in between. It's usually around 80% documentary where I’m capturing all that’s going on from afar, and the other 20% is where we'll do any family photos you'd like, and take those gorgeous portraits of the two of you. During this time I'll give you a little more direction but it's all very relaxed, and usually fun! Don't worry if you are a bit camera shy, the vast majority of couples I work with are… to begin with.
HOW DO YOU WORK?
I'm a full time wedding photographer and will have lots of time for you. You are always welcome to get in touch with any wedding questions, photography related or not. I’m also a bit of an organiser, and I like to prepare meticulously for every wedding I shoot. I visit your venue and locations beforehand and work with your MC on the day to make sure I know exactly what’s happening when. Crucially, it's your day, and I want to know what's most important to you, so I can capture it in a way that's personal and meaningful to you. I really want you to enjoy your wedding day, including having your photos taken. I am very passionate about what I do, and I (sometimes literally!) work my socks off for every couple to create something really stunning and unique for you.
WHAT DOES YOUR PERFECT WEDDING LOOK LIKE?
My favourite weddings to photograph are those that are filled with love, laughter and warmth, and have a relaxed laid back vibe. I love working with couples who have a bit of a sense of adventure and aren't too worried about tramping across a field or getting their feet wet by the beach (all within reason of course!). I'm a big fan of beautiful details, fairy lights, rustic wood, confetti, earthy colours, gorgeous scenery, as well as quirky urban locations. I love variety so there's not one perfect one for me, but the above is a good list of ingredients.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Absolutely. I love being on the move and am available anywhere across the UK and around the world (feel free to tempt me!). Travel within London and the Southeast is included in my packages.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
I use professional Canon and Sony equipment and have a wide selection of lenses, so can capture a range of different focal lengths, no matter how small or large your venue is. I also carry lighting for darker venues, as well as backup equipment, so there's no need to worry about any technical failures on the day.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I GET?
I don't cap the number of photos you receive, and the final number depends on your wedding, how many guests you have, and the format of your day. Usually, you can expect to receive between 500-700 photos for full day coverage, and 200 -500 for shorter packages.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY PHOTOS?
You'll receive a sneak peek preview within 48 hours of your wedding, which includes around 15-20 photos, so you'll have a few to get you started. I edit all your photos individually, and this take a little bit of time to make sure they are perfect. You'll receive all your photos within 6 weeks, and often much quicker than that, especially during low season.
SHOULD I BOOK ONE OR TWO PHOTOGRAPHERS FOR MY WEDDING?
It's entirely up to you. I usually recommend getting a second photographer if you'd like photos of the boys getting ready, as well as the bride, or if you have more than 100 guests and are keen to get lots of candid shots of your guests. You will receive more photographs if you book 2 photographers and we are able to capture more angles, which is particularly helpful during the ceremony.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, I have equipment and public liability insurance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU GET SICK?
In case of sudden illness or an emergency, I would do my utmost to find a replacement photographer for you. I am part of a network of professional UK photographers and we provide emergency cover for each other. This would be absolute worst case scenario and I have so far been able to attend every I have booked.
HOW AND WHEN TO BOOK?
If you are getting married on a weekend between April and October, I suggest you book at least 12 months in advance, as I tend to get booked up quickly during these busy months. Otherwise, as soon as possible really. Once you sent in your booking form and paid your deposit, your date is all yours.
CAN WE HAVE A CHAT BEFORE WE BOOK?
Absolutely! I would love to meet with you and hear more about your plans for the big day. I'm happy to show you a bit more of my work too, and we can both make sure that we're a good fit for each other.
